Time progresses from top (earliest) to bottom (most recent). This is purely to show chronological order; it's not necessarily to scale according to lengths of time periods.

Project Polycephaly takes place at some point between episodes 26 (construction of Titan Soundkind is confirmed to be finished) and 40 (Polycephaly appears on the field).

Unknown actions by Phaeton, living as a survivor before being taken in by the Alliance.
Aftermath happens during and after episode 47.
Unknown actions by Phaeton, living as a survivor before being taken in by the Alliance.
At some point after episode 57, the human (later to be known as Phaeton) joins the Alliance. Stories unfold:
Titan TV's Test-flight takes place just before episode 64 (in time for Titan TV to return to the battlefield in episode 67).
In canon, we can probably assume that episodes 64 and 65 happen the same day, and 66 and 67 later the same evening. In Voidwalkers, there was probably a bit of a timestretch.
Block of stories:
(The TV Titan appears in some of these; we can probably assume it teleported back to base between episodes. Just don't think about it too hard.)
Capacitors, cathodes and cuddles takes place after the events of episode 70. References are made to 'the recent big hit to the skibidi operations' in which hopefully 'no more [manipulator skibidis] will be created' (i.e. the death of Scientist Toilet), and in which Polycephaly's screen was damaged.
Polycephaly is repaired by the time this story takes place. We last see Polycephaly with a damaged screen in episode 74 (Polycephaly's screen is repaired by the events of 76), meaning this story takes place after 74.
L'appel du vide et vidéo takes place before Polycephaly's upgrades seen in episode 77.
intoxicating_pleasure.exe could take place any time in between Polycephaly being repaired and being upgraded.
Enforced downtime takes place just before, during and shortly after the Titans' battle against G-Toilet in episode 73. This is a slightly continuity snarl with canon. Let's just say Polycephaly got repaired a bit sooner.

Plotless fuck-stories that can take place at a non-specific time before Titan TV's capture by the Astros:
Loose Cables takes place immediately after Titan TV's fight with Juggernaut (in part 4).
This is a slight break from canon: in the full episode, Titan TV is immediately captured after the fight. In Voidwalkers, Titan TV gets a night of respite before being captured by the Astros.
The story continues in Am I evil?
